I'm 14 years old, and I don't have a job, and my parents don't think buying frivolous stuff at the mall (WHATEVER!!) is a good use of money. So I have to use my own, whether it comes from babysitting or birthdays, etc.. Using my own money really makes me think twice about what I'm buying. Well, I'm going shopping with my friends today, and I don't want to be out of money if I really want something, so I'll probably bring $75. But it's very rare that I'll spend even half of it. Have fun shopping!

It depends on what I am shopping for. If I am shopping for Christmas I bring several hundreds of dollars. If I am shopping for myself I bring however much I want to spend. If I am doing window shopping and want money in case I find something I bring my debit card.

It all depends on where u go shopping and what your buget is. I suggest that u don't bring 2 much cash though and if u do don't let anyone know u never know what people will do these days to get $.

it depends on what i am shopping for...if i am grocery shopping for my family, i might take along $100 or $150......if i am going to the mall, it would be more....like $300 or $400....maybe more or less, depending on if have the extra money or if i know that there are going to be some really good sales going on. also...i don't carry much cash....i use my visa debit card

I tried to figure out how much I am willing to spend. And once I decide I will either go to the ATM before getting to the mall or just use my debit card to shop. I definitely prefer using the debit card but sometimes you just spend way too much!!

it depends on what im shopping for if im just going w/e my friends i bring $10-$15 i dont usual buy anything except food, me and my friends just like to mess around. when im going shopping for clothes ill bring my mom!

It depends... to avoid over spending, I only carry my debit card around. I know to the dot how much my bills are, so I usually know how much I can afford. Besides, I try to stay away from "temptations" as much as possible ;)
