I used to have really thick hair. My senior year I found out I had lupus and lost a lot of it. I'm not bald or anything, and my lupus is in remission, but my hair is still thin. I think it runs in my family though, because my mother has very thin hair. She even has a bald spot. I'm 19 so hopfully I won't have to worry about that for awhile.
What is the best shampoo to get some of my thickness back. Is there any treatment that can make my hair grow thicker?

I have been told that most shampoos that you can by in the stores like Panteen have a lot of wax in them in which over time will build up in you hair and cause damage, but it seem that every salon sells a diffrent "better" brand of salon shampoo so what salon shampoo is the best.

which one is darker buff beige or natural beige? what does buff mean? i bought a foundation that was natural beige yet its too dark but im not sure if im light enough to be a nude beige? ive brought buff foundations from other brands and it seems to match fairly good? but i heard it was darker than natural beige? is this true?

My hair is at the middle of my back in length right now, and when it falls in front it makes my face look really small and weird, plus I have bangs. I'm trying to decide if I want to get rid of my bangs and go a little shorter or just get it shorter.

I don't want to look like a little girl or something, that's why I've kept it long. Maybe I could try to thin my bangs out..lol..

Anyways, any tips/suggestions?

I have very dark, long hair that I would like to lighten. How do you lighten dark hair and get the color even on the top and the bottom?My hair will lighten just fine at the top, but the bottom doesn't take too well. I have even applied the dye at the bottom first and left it on for awhile before applying it on the top. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
