Who is the best to curl the hair CHI Ceramic Flat Iron or True Ceramic Pro?

i have very thick, heavy, long stright hair, i want to do something different like curls. Who is the best between these to flat irons??

Chi. its small and simple. smaller the better i used to work in a hair salon
Also use hair products like straightening cream and use defrizz such a silk drops to make your hair look not so heavy and damaged

Tru Ceramic Pro is a waste of money. Me, my sister, and my friend bought one and they didn't even last a year.
