i am half latina/half indian and i have really thick black wavy hair. i want more shine and softness and less frizz and poofiness (if thats a word lol) any suggestions?

Being a boy I know that boys talk about sex all the time.
No matter how strong relationship they (most of boys) are in they can be easily tempted for sex by a girl.
Its mostly boys who go to buy sex ( going to prostitutes etc)
I have never heard of any boy sexually abused by a girl.

Girls
Medically girls have 10 times more sex than boys ( i have read that at to many places but i'm not sure of the exact meaning of it).
Where ever girls have been given more freedom they have come up by taking it as a freedom to expose their body ( at least thats what I feel). The way they are dressed up and exposes their body(literally some times its too much) gives me an idea that my view that boys are more obsessed about sex is wrong,

has any one ever had their eyelashes tinted? b/c my natural hair color is like redish but i dye my hair black and my eyelashes are already long but the the tips of them are red so it makes them look short so has anyone ever had eyelash tinting (professionally) and if so how much did it cost and how long did it last?

and i dont like mascara b/c it always rubs off and makes me look like i have dark rings under my eyes

My hair is super thick. It is coarse and tight curls on the bottom and looser curls on top. I can not seem to find any cream to keep it from disobeying!!!

I need to find a way to wear my hair down! It is about shoulder length and when it frizzes or even dries it is so poofy, I have to wear it up in a ponytail, or messy bun!

I am sick of wearing it up all the time and I need help!

The dress (which I love) is made out of T-sirt material so the gum (which I sat on) is well and truly stuck in the lock - knit fabric. I don't know how to get it out of anything especially not this type of fabric!
