what mascara and eyeliner don't smudge underneath your eyes?

i don't know if it is my mascara or my eyeliner. But i always end up with a black smear right under my eyes. What mascara or eyeliner doesn't do this?

Simply put, LIQUID eyeliner. It stays put, and even comes in a felt tip variety if you're not exactly a pro with your eye makeup. If you don't like liquid, dabbing a little pressed powder under your eyes will help with the smudging.

First, I would make sure it's your mascara. It could be the eyeshadow, because often girls will get fall out with eyeshadow and it will gather under the eyes. If that is the case, I would invest in an eyeshadow primer such as the Urban Decay Primer Potion, Benefit Stay Dont Stray, or Too Faced Shadow Insurance. However, if you're posotive it's the mascara, I would invest in a lash primer. There's one like the Urban Decay Primer Potion, except it's for eyelashed. Otherwise, skip the concealer and just use powder. The oil from that could be causing it.

Hi not sure what brand it is but if you go into Boots they sell an eyeliner that last for 24 hours its amazing. Personally I don't put mascara on my bottom lashes but my eyeliner used to smudge, not any more. Just ask instore, its about £6 though.

I use Maybelline Unstoppable eyeliner. It's the only liner that i'll use because it lasts all day, no smudging, no wearing off, and if you were to cry, you could never tell, it'll still be there. I also use Lash Stylist Mascara, it's the best i've found, it works great.

I've found it's usually eyeliner that smudges easier. On days I didn't wear eyeliner it looked way less smudged. So I tried a bunch of brands. Almay worked the best for me, and doesn't smudge practically at all. (Oh, and don't put mascara on your bottom lashes if you can avoid it, that usually causes extra mess!)

Eyeliner I use is Revlon Colorstay, and mascara maybelinne... Not sure what it is called but look for a mascara that is waterproof.

m.a.c. has a reall good eyeliner its waterproof n works really nice & benefit has a realllyy good mascara its called get bent .. thats wat i use & i wouldnt switch to any other plus im in beauty school n have tried a lot out another good eyeliner is by bedhead but sometimes in smears but it works really good but the other 2 dont smear so try them out

i use NYC eyeliner black black and then i use cover girl mascara the one in the red tube it works for me

For me it is the eyeliner that smears. Then my mom got me Avon eyeliner and it does not smear. So try Avon

It's pretty expensive, but DiorShow Waterproof mascara, or Clinique Hypnose. Both are waterproof, so they're harder to take off, but they stay on all day and don't clump.
