Grinding and chewing all that ice can cause weak spots and part of your enalmel grinded off,the cold can also cause tooth pain.I'm not saying that it won't MESS UP your teeth but it can cause bad tooth pain and decay!

Yes. Ice is very hard and can cause chipping, cracking and wear in your teeth. You should try to avoid chewing ice.

Yes its really bad for your teeth. It can crack them, try just sucking the ice instead of chewing on it.

no just make sure to floss and brush actually it contains calcium to help keep bones strong just dont eat to much to much of anything it not good
