i went to a tanning bed it wasent my first time i was already tan but i went in and i got burnt really bad the guy warned me the bed was very strong but i went in for a full 20 last time i got burnt it itced so bad i couldnt stand it is there anyway i could reduce the itch or get rid of it?

I have tryed [john freda frizzase] and i hate it then i tryed sammy size or what ever it's called and that did not work and then i tryed matrix and it worked but then i found a cheaper on cuz that was ten dollors each for the shampoo and the conditioner and the one i am using now is {sauve sleek} and that is good but i would like better.

i need help with getthing my thighs thinner. they dont look porportional with my body, because i am skinny and my thighs are very thick. and because of that, i have to get a bigger pants size ((just like 1 size bigger)) does anyone know a way to tone them without making them more bulky? i want them thin and toned instead of big and bulky/thick. please help!
