why dont you try a hot oil treatment or a deep conditioning to try to mend the split ends before you cut them. Try K-pak, its a really good product. And it really does help. There may be no need to cut your hair afterall!

since they going to end up cuttiing your hair real short u might as well do this.

you can try a bob.. or even just have it cut like an inch shorter with layers..
