It depends on the piercing, if you are reffering to the hood piercing it's not bad, it a quick pinch then it's done and stops hurting almost immidiately. If you are reffering to inner or outer labia piercings then they hurt slightly more and are sore for a few days, if you are reffering to a christina or a triangle then yes they hurt...with any of these the amount of pain is very individual and varries from person to person. Also someone had answered saying they get infected easily and might have to get amputated, that is just not true as your urine is sterile to your own body and every time you pee it cleans your piercing...these are the least likely piercings to get infected out of all of them, as for amputation, um no, if it were to get infected and you are as smart as a 2nd grader you would go to your doctor and get antibiotics which would clear it up in a matter of days with no amputation, or even talk of amputation.

Depends on the exact location of the down below. I actually pierced myself 3 times "down there"(inner labia). Only one of them caused a problem, so I proudly sport around 2 danglies.

I've been looking into getting a VCH. From what I've read, it hurts quite a bit when they pierce it, but after the jewelery gets put in it doesn't hurt anymore, its just very tender.

Ok these other clowns - whatever. I AM pierced down there. It did hurt, BUT only for A SECOND. Not a problem - but the girl has to want that for herself.

My wife has her hood pierced. She said that it did hurt, but it was a good hurt. She didn't want to fool around for about 3 days afterwards, but now she says everything is better, much better.

Yes it hurts, you are talking about a clitoral hood piercing, not the clitoris itself that is 1 the most sensitive spots on a girly. Ya gotta trust whoever is gonna do it! Good luck Sweety & send pics!!

Of course it hurts, but that's not going to stop me. If they didn't hurt, then I probably wouldn't get it done.

i would like to know that too. i've considered it when i got my belly pierced it didn't hurt nearly as much as i thought it would. However i have heard that if your piercer hits a nerve in there that you could lose all sensitivity and that would suck, major
