not lots,but instead eyeshadow,use eyeliner!black eyeliner!

Don't go over board on either of them to much of one thing turns into a big mess.
-a little bit of eye shadow with some eyeliner will look great!
-try and neutral color with some shimmer in it and sweep it across your entire lid (this is called a wash effect).
-Then take a little bit of eyeliner and start from the middle of the top lid and bring it to the corner and do the same on the bottom. (it should look like this shape < )
-when you make the line don't do it to thick. Then smudge a bit the line so it will look a bit blended.
-That is a a more natural look combining both but doing them in moderation.

lots of eyeliner wid minimum eyeshodow but make sure it looks good on u n u don look like someone has punched u in d eye

Their is such a thing as TO MUCH OF A GOOD THING! However, if you want a dramatic impact, my secret is to line my lower lid with a black eyeliner. Then sweep a nice bronzer over my eyelids (if you are medium tone, tan shades work best; fair go for pinks; dark go with browns and golds). Apply the bronzer in the inner corners first, and let it gradually fade outward. Then, finish the look with a good mascara. My personal fave is Maybelline Intense XXL, it really does lenghthen AND thicken the look of the lashes.

Well i like both but not lots just enough to make my eyes look beautiful and sexy. Lots of eyeshadow + eyeliner will make me look like a racoon eyes and i dont want that

I would have to say alot of eye shadow because to me a lot of eyeliner makes you racoon lookingish. but i use just a little bit of both.

darker skin: a lot of eyeshadow some eyeliner.
lighter skin: a lot of eyeline some eyshowdow with a lil bit of mascara

LOTS of neither!!! How about eyeliner, tastefully done, and a little shadow for evening, if you like? Nothing is good when overdone.

liner, i gues couse it bring out your eyes more, eyeshodow is just a garment, like glitter, nail polish or clored lipstick, lipgloss is actually better.

eyeshadow. You can always line the eyes with a little shadow. It looks much better to have smoky eyes than bruise-black eyes!
