There are several products you have in your home. You can put wet tea bags on your burn, but if you are burned all over, that may not be practical. You can mix baking soda with water and make a paste which you spread on your skin; be warned it is messy as it dries and you will be vacuuming a lot. The other home remedy is to rip an old sheet into squares and dip them into water which is mixed with vinegar (don't know the ratio, just eyeball it or what ever you think it should be.) It's only like a 1/4 cup vinegar to a 1/2 gallon of water or something. Dip the rags in the vinegar solution, wring them out and lay them on your skin until they dry and repeat. You can also go to the pharmacy and buy a bottle of aloe vera gel--NOT LOTION with aloe vera in it, that will make it feel hotter. GET PURE ALOE VERA GEL. Some people use Noxzema creme on sunburns. I have also mixed baking soda in a tepid (not hot, not cold) bath and sat in it for at least 20 minutes. You can try taking something like Benadryl to help with the itch.
WARNING: If your sunburn is so bad that you feel nauseated or severe headache and chills, go to the emergency room. You need a doctor's attention. Your burn is of the magnitude that you require a doctor's care.

i've found when i get sunburnt the best thing that works for me is get a really good either aloe vera or vitamin e moisturiser and slather it on really thick. make sure you drink plenty of water as well to help hydrate your skin from the inside. i apply the mositurise 5-6 times a day even at work until it has gone away, i find i get less skin peeling that way aswell. maybe try a fake tan next time! it's much better for your skin

Milk works too. You can pour some onto a towel and hold over the really bad areas. I always thought my grandma was nuts until I went to Mexico and fried the tops of my feet in my sandles. As gross as it was - soaking my feet in milk worked wonders for the burn. ALWAYS REMEMBER PEOPLE - Don't forget to put sunscreen on the tops of your feet cuz it hurts really bad and you can't get your shoes on and it sucks!

first of all, wear sunscreen to a salon, (not stupid, just smart)
second, that's pretty dangerous for your skin........one bad sunburn increases your chance of skin cancer alot
about the burn, i have a spray that moisturizes it and helas in in about a day. otherwise just use a vitamin E or skin-replenishing moisturizer
