Foley's because they have Red apple sales. I like Ross because they have the same clothes at Foley's but next season. I like DSW because their shoes are so cute and inexpensive and they give points so you can get free money for shoes. I wear expensive clothes and have expensive taste, but I don't pay big bucks. I'm a taylor's daughter and my daddy taught me the tricks. Did you know they up the price by sometimes 500% of the actual cost it took to make the item?
