Some people that i know told me to do Tae Bo every day (the whole video) and to walk for 15 minutes and drink a lot of water and stop drinking pop and eating junk food. I only want to lose 10 lbs since I only weigh 137. Will this work if i do this every day?

I don't wear much, so I'd like to get some advice for when I do. I'm half mexican and I'm outside in the sun way too much, so my skin is extremely dark :( But I was wondering what shades/colors looked the best?

okayy well i really want to redecerate my room and my mom sed i could do it by christmas, but i cant spend more then 300$$$ and i really want something cool. im 14 && i LOVE the stuff the have at p.b teen but its wayy to expensivee. my hair is very long, straight and black. yeah it seems pretty cool. but i for one am very bored with it. i tried to put curls at the bottom of my hair because i saw one of my friends do it and also i saw it in a magazine. but when i tried to curl my hair with a curler it didnt work. it would just stay flat. so i asked my friend and she said soemthing about volume. so what should i do to have volume in my hair? is there something for that??
