Some people that i know told me to do Tae Bo every day (the whole video) and to walk for 15 minutes and drink a lot of water and stop drinking pop and eating junk food. I only want to lose 10 lbs since I only weigh 137. Will this work if i do this every day?

1800 calorie diet and exercise. jus lower the intake of food and drink 2 cups of water b4 u eat

Sure will. You need a healthy diet. And note when I say diet I mean eating a balanced meal, not cutting back on food.

yeah im sure it wil work, u got nice friends, they tel nice advices. and dont 4get go on a diet as well

yes it will...you wont notice a difference at first, but you will eventually...and by August 15 i think you'll hit your target weight!
