ok soo someone called mee fatt today. soo im ganna goo on a diet does ne one have ne Suggestions on like a good diet for a 15 year old. because i sure could use some help. and i dont want too be balemic or Anarexic.

well... i am 16.. and what i use to do is eat all i wanted until 5 pm [at this time i would have a good dinner}....but still watched how much of a certain thing i had... never ate too much of one thing... <<.... always ate breadfast!! ;very important.>>...

dont eat lunch... {there4 have a good breadfast}...

ps: it all depends on ur metabolism...so see what suits u better... u dont have to make it 5pm.. u can make it later... but remember ur body... remembers when and how much u eat.. on days... so if ur eating timing is all over the place... u will continue in the process... but if u become organize about it... then.. it should help u .. lose weight.. to what i believe.. in a healthy way...:)

I think a dance class or yoga plus a healthy diet will help. Both dance and yoga help tone your muscles thus, tightening your body and bringing it into a nice lean healthy look, and if you eat healthy foods and count your calories it will help a lot. I tried this site called calorieking.com where basically you write down everything you ate in one day, how much water you drank and then take the total calorie intake and minus the amount of calories you burnt via exercise (yoga or running) and then if you keep that up for like a good steady month or so you will definitely see some results and feel the difference. Key is to eat heathly, and in smaller portions, drink lots of water and exercise for at least 30 minutes.

ok first of all do you think you are fat? Are you happy with the way you look. Because if you are happy with the way you look then forget about the person who called you fat. But if you are "fat" and you are having medical problems then you probaly need to find some activity that you like that gets you moving. i.e. dancing, swimming, kickboxing, walking, aereobics, softball, soccer. As for the food don't stop eating but eat every four hours and drink water. Of course cut your calories. Also keep in mind you are still young and will be going through a lot of changes. Also keep in mind people are just mean! Be strong and do it for yourself not for someone else.

wow sweetie if u r fat thats one thing to go on a diet but if ur not dont let what other people say about you upset you if your gonna do something like that do it because you want to and most defintally dont be anarexic iv been there and its not fun and im only 15 to so if you want a good diet just watch what you eat and get at least 30min of some type of exersie

Just watch what you eat. Try to stay away from fried and processed foods. Incorporate more fruit and veggies into your diet and of course, exercise. It could be as little as 15 minutes of physical activity (walking, jogging) a day. If you stick with it you'll see results. However, if you're only considering going on a diet because of someone else's opinion, you're doing it for the wrong reasons. Make sure you're doing it because you truly want to change yourself. Read Dr Phil McGraw's book "The Ultimate Weight Loss Solution". Plus, he also has a book out there on helping you count your calories so that you're not starving yourself or purging yourself. Good luck to you.

don't worry about what others think of you but if you want to do it for health reason just cut back on your greasy fattening foods and drink lots of water ,walk more and exercise

oh that's harsh but first of all you have too stay eating your three meals but it has too be salad or wheat and if your gonna eat chicken it has to be grilled .
