Not all women...italian or otherwise, with dark hair have a light mustache...Some do, some don't...But anyone with dark hair could have that issue...She can try waxing it if it really bugs her that much...
Perfectly normal however...

yes it is noramil for italian girls (and all women with dark hair and dark [or light] skin who live near or have family from the medditerannean area) women from northern italy might not because many are blonde haired and have more a an austrian look. People from southern or central italy usually have dark hair.

Anything and everything that happens to your body is normal - or it would be unnatural otherwise, like a funny tattoo on your forehead. But is it normal as to societies idea as to what is attractive and beautiful? No - it isn't. I slept with this true blue babe from Sicily and she had rough stubble in her armpit areas - but she had hot hot hot legs and a gorgeous mouth. She probably like others have this same problem. And it is not strictly applying to only italian women, but all women who have olive or similarly tinted skin.

Its a genetic trait but is alleviated somewhat by increased estrogen levels.... In other words, lotsasex, but nothing where she gets aggressive.

A lot of Mediterranean women have that problem. That's if it's a problem for you, a lot of men like hairy women.
