Not what you may want to hear, but I was told that they can be a build-up of dead skin cells! Sounds bad, but not. I was told to use Dove Gentle Exfoliating. My aunt has used Dove only to wash her face for years, and she has beautiful skin. I have sensitive skin, and I have had no problems with Dove, and in the winter months this bar soap will help so that you don't get that dry itchy skin and yet moisturize it too!! I really like it!! But like any problem, if these little hints of help don't work, check with a Dr. I do my best to try the little things first to save $$$$$ !!
Good Luck

If they are on your upper arm, then you may get them on the front of your thighs as well. I've been told that those are caused by a vitamin deficiency. I would talk with your doctor to be sure. They are very common though.

I can't quite recall the proper name, but the may be tiny little cysts that form over time. See a dermatologist if they are bothering you.

I have them right now, too. I was also told it's exczema, which is a dry skin condition. So bring on the lotion or talk to your doctor about a special cream to treat it.

i have those, too. my doctor said they were or are ingrown hairs, like men get from shaving. she gave me rx. for amlactin12% lotion. it contains lactic acid, which is an alpha hydroxy. it reduces the bumps and smooth the skin. i have also found that vaseline intensive care lotion, renew and protect, also works. it contains that retinol ing. it also smoothes the skin and reduces the bumps.

With the summer weather here now...could be a heat rash...Just ask your Pharmacist which types of creams/lotions are best.

You should probably see a dermatologist about that.
