Fake boobs can leak and start to move to the sides. It's not worth the risk. Small boobs are very in right now, look at Paris Hilton. Keep it natural. If you're really not happy, you can get on birth control pills. When I got on them I went from a B cup to a C cup. It's not a huge difference, but it was plenty for me and convinced me that big boobs aren't that great.

what do you consider small? And either way I think real is always better than fake. I always hear a lot of bad things that happen to a girl when they get fake. Yeah it builds their confidence but there are a lot of medical side effects.

fake real boobs for the insecure women
and small real boobs for the ones who don't care what they look like becuase to them what is inside is what matters

Real...all the way. Women shouldn't be so insecure to endanger themselves for vanity purposes. Plus, with fake ones, you have to put your trust in a doctor's hands and all the recovery. No way.
I think that confidence is sexy, so whether big or small natural, if you strut it, its better...

small and real all the way. Natural is always best. But then, I don't like girls who wear a lot of make-up either.
But how could you really connect with someone when they are hiding behind two silicon balloons?
Small, large, huge, non-existant..... I don't care so long as they're real.

As a man I can understand why some women want a more attractive body image but its fake. What man would want to be involved with a women who thinks so little of herself that she has surgery. I am attracted to a smile and a nice personality that comes from within.

natural real ones. fake ones are only for playboy models or actresses. not right for the average woman. and besides i heard a rumor that your boobs can freeze if you go into the frozen section of a grocery store. haha. its kinda stupid but hey. it just might be true.

The real one. fake breasts are hard to the touch and look unattractive on some people because of the blood vessels.

small real boobs. because they feel nicer and they wont sag with weight over time and wont need to be replaced every so often.
