I have to wear a blue polo shirt for my uniform for my volunteer gig at St. Luke's hospital. Any suggestions to make it more suitable for a teenager and look cooler if I have to wear it? How do I make a polo look less dorky?

Leave the collar up, and leave the first two buttons unbuttoned.

button the first button and pop the collar only if you can pull it off. i've seen so many poor guys who look really bad with popped collars.
