part your hair across the back,
pull forward and then part your hair on each side.

Pull straight up and cut!
It is a cute look and can be worn spiked up like that or you can let it lay down as a layer for a more conservative look!

Sure try it!
Fun to experiment.
If you cut it on the long side, you can always cut a little more off rather than hacking a whole lot the first time and making it too short.

I wouldent risk it, you could seriously mess up. But I risk alot of things...Its up to you if you want to take the chance, or spend 40-50 dollars to get it done.

WoW, that is so cool, I would love my hair like that. I might get a friend to do it for me. It might be kinda easy.

Why the hell would anyone want their hair like that? Do you like giving small children nightmares?

I would do it myself, all you have to do is cut a short layer on top.
