i love to have my nails painted, but i redo it every day because it always chips, or gets gross. i use base coat, and top, but that doesnt help. so what would be a good brand and color to use thats not overly expensive, but still quality? spanx!

Well, when I was eleven/twelve, I did the ridiculous mistake of trying to do a short fringe by myself... it completely backfired! Now, they grew back quite a bit, but there's still a long way to go until they reach my desired length (to the waist!). It limits my hair opportunities! So, what's the best for me to do? The rest is pretty long (well underneath my shoulder blades) ... I just don't know what hairdo(s) would be best for me! Oh, and for more details, I have a thin and oval-shaped head and my hair is thick and both wavy/straight due to my very, very mixed origins. Thanks for any help given- I know it's tough!
