I am getting married in November, and was wondering if anyone knew of particular brands that last all day. Mascara, eye shadow, lip stick, blush and foundation is what I need. Thanks!

Foundation wise.... you may want to try Dermablend. This stuff is waterproof and sweatproof as well. This will not come off until you use the remover for it. Also I would really recomend it this way you look flawless for you big day. Its used to cover tattoos, imperfections, birthmarks, etc. Go to www.dermablend.com to find a store near you that you can purchase it from. Some one who is certified will custom match it to your skin. It comes in 4 different levels and many different shades so it shouldnt be hard to match!

Mascara.. get something waterproof for sure.... you already know that it will be a water works day with all the emotion so you definately dont want raccoon eyes in any of your pics.

Eyeshadow... there isnt alot that is stay proof but one way to ensure that your eye color will last is to apply a base. You can find eye shadow base at any beauty store. Just ask a sales associate to help you locate it. Mac has really good eyeshadow that stays without the base but if you added the base to it you should have no problems.

Lipstick... try Max Factor lipfinity... its a stain with a gloss and offers up to 12 hrs this would be your best bet

Blush ... try a creme blush like Maybelene or from Mac

good luck hope this helps and congrats on the big day!

As far as eyeshadow goes, there are excellent shadow bases that are available - they'll help your shadow, no matter what brand, to stay on all day. I usually use Mary Kay for this, but there is also an excellent product by Chanel (although it's a bit more expensive) that does the job like a charm! So you can wear your favorite eyeshadows without worrying about whether or not they will stay put. I'm also a huge fan of Lancome Photo ID foundation - if you "set" it with a powder afterwards, it stays forever.

If you are looking into a drugstore brand, I suggest Colorstay by Revlon. The foundations, blushes, lipsticks, eyehadows, and basically everything in this brand lasts more than 16 hours. If you are looking into a Department Store Brand, try Estee Lauder. EL also has long lasting products.

I have the same problem im gettin married next year and looking for stay put make up, i find that loreal infalliable foundations last for how long it says 15 hours, maybelline colour stay lipstick stays put for 12 hours put be aware to get the colour you like coz it doesnt come off once you put it on. The pink is lovley in it and you get a lip gloss with it that make your lips glossy and not sticky. Also rimmel xxl volume waterproof mascara lasts all day, I use no 17 boots eyeshadow if i want it to last all day. im not to sure about blusher though.

Before applying make-up wash your face with cold water or even rub ur face with ice cubes, then apply the basics like foundation and stuff, this actually helps ur make-up put for at least 6 hrs. And choose oil-free make-up for better results, coz oily make-up dulls ur face and will look like make-up gone wrong kinda. Also use water proof mascara and eyeliners. And for the lipstick to stay put, apply a lil bit of foundation on ur lip (u can jus use it while applying it for ur face) and then do ur routine, the lipstick will be there for hrs.

make sure you are using a base for your face before applying your foundation. and also a base for your eye shadow. this will make your eyeshadow crease less. as far as the rest you may want to hit up a department store and get a make over and see what stays on the longest and such.

lots of things will work, so just look for your favorite brands and the words long lasting or won't wear off. and experiment some before your wedding..this summer would be perfect since it is hot and if it stays on during hot weather, you know it will in November. also, go to some cosmetic counters and ask for help and samples and they will be happy to help esp. if the think you will come back and buy!

I'm getting married soon too, and I'd honestly recommend that you hire a makeup artist for the big day. Choose one that uses high end cosmetics such as MAC and it should stay on all day. Plus it's affordable and you don't have to stress out doing your own makeup. Just an idea...

Liquid eyeliner might stay the proper. yet once you decide directly to apply a pencil, get some product called She Laq to circulate over it. easily all your eye makeup maintains to be in place till you wash it off. you will get it at Sephora
