These are some things that have helped me tremendously... Drink LOTS of water. Your body needs at least 64 oz a day, but if you want to reduce weight, you need to drink more than that. It helps flush out the stuff that you don't need. You can drink unsweetened teas, 100% juices and/or milk for this amount as well, but remember that it also adds calories. Lower your salt intake...salt helps your body retain water. Get a pedometer and take +10,000 steps every day. Most people take about 10,000 steps everyday, so if you go over that helps you reduce weight and stay fit. I've found that if I take a walk for about an hour a day, I automatically go over 10,000 without really trying. Do your own yardwork and/or keep a garden. Workout at least once a week. Drink 8 oz. of milk 3 times a day. MEASURE your food...most people really don't know what a serving size is and eat at least 3 times what a serving is. If you're getting a decent amount of exercise, then you need to find things high in protein. I try to get my groceries from the natural foods section. Eat more veggies! Fruits are great but have natural sugars. Cut down &/or eliminate sugar and pop. Limit your caffeine intake. I don't really count calories, but if you do these things it really helps...at least it has for me.

the best way to healthily reduce weight is to combine diet and exercise. You need to stop snacking except for once a day (carrot sticks, raisins, appleauce are all acceptable) and eat 3 meals a day. Eating breakfast boosts your metabolism. ALso, if your body doesn't have enough water, the first body function to shut down is metabolism. Try making things with high protien and lots of veggies. Wrap mahi mahi in foil with orange slices and bake it in the oven. Add some broccoli or saffron rice. Take a walk daily. It will only work if you keep up the discipline. I've lost 10 pounds by cutting out my soda and sugar intake. Good luck - i know you can do it!

Lets just hope you are not anorexic. That it is true you need to lose some weight.
Area one: Drink no soda pop, not even diet soda pop. Water is a good choice. Some Gatorade/Powerade is good for you when dehydrated from jumping rope, long walks help too.
Go to library and find some excercise books or vhs or dvds to follow.
They the experts always say to check-in with a certified doctor/nutrionist before starting a program.

Just keep you calories down to 1500 a day and remember to do some exercise for at lease 20 minutes 3 times a week, even if its just a brisk walk you will see results. You should loose fat and tone up over a period of about 4 weeks. Hope I helped

Look at the kinds of foods you eat and the portions you eat them. Fried foots, high fat foods . . . limit those; I didn't say don't eat 'em (that's crazy) just limit them. Look at the amount of fruits, vegetables and fiber you get as well as look at your caloric intake. Add exercise and water. Water has NO calories, helps to flush your system and along with fiber, helps you digest your food better. Sorry, I don't have a quick and easy answer but this will help keep it off and prevent the yo-yo syndrome. How do I know it works? I'm now wearing a pair of shorts I bought 10 years ago and I look good!!!!!

Monitor your calorie intake (and cut out "junk food") and exercise. That's the best way and the most likely method for keeping it off long term. Just remember, when you reach your goal weight, you cannot return to your old habits or you'll put it right back on. Think lifestyle change, not just a short-term diet.

Exercise is very important. So, try exercising at thrice a week. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Eat 4 to 6 smaller meals a day instead of 3 big meals. Please DO NOT skip meals. Try to lower your sugar and carbohydrat intake. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables.
I lost 12kg from doing so. My weight is constant, I haven't gain a kg. My skin looks good and I'm healthy.
Don't starve yourself! Eat that chocolate when you feel like it. Try to eat your last meal at 19h00.
Good Luck!

drink a lot of water and start a routine walking or lightly jogging in the beginning. cut down on carbs and fats and focus on proteins. water is the most important. normally your supposed to drink about a gallon of water a day but if your trying to cut fat you should drink more. water naturally cleanses your body and allows it to break down fat more easily. after a few weeks increase the jogging to running and so on. also eat smaller meals. by eating six small meals a day as oppose to three big meals you will increase the sped of your metabolism. good luck
