In answer to your first question...a natural method to get rid of dark circles (I assume under your eyes) is this: Cut a fresh fig in half and place each half over each eye for about 10 min.
To get rid of puffy swollen eyes: make a wet compress of 4 tbsp freshly grated raw potato. Place on eyes for 15 min and rinse with cold water. Or you can use any tea bag, though herbal is better, slightly cooled and place on each eye as you rest.

15? For a dude...you sure are worried about you're looks a great deal. I hope it's to better youreself and not otherwise...
I think you should eat healthy and lift weights to improve your build...it will change when you get older.
For your dark circles...make-up? lol try sunglasses, glasses, or try improving how your eyebrows look...it helps!
For you're hair...there's special shapoos and condtioners for that...if you use hair coloring...use a rinse/temporary. Conditioner and simple brushing your hair works best.

DARK CIRCLES?
TRY to wash your face, and the dark circles with a washcloth in the shower every day, and see what it does after about 2 months. Everything natural takes a LONG time, but, try it, and see how it works. It worked for ME, and I'm 46!!

1.more sleep and vitamins help even if u eat healthy
2.proteen bars and shakes although some girls like thin tall men but if ur not tall just go for a smaller girl. girls like to feel thin around guys
3.carrots and veggies also if u look at something close to u then mediun and then far it can improve your vision after a while
4. use relaxing balm to streighten, a intense overnight conditioner and those to will make it shinier. learn to accept you color and dont go in the sun to much but if ur desparate they have color glazes at the store that arnt as harsh and brutal

Try joining the Drama Club. Actually, any club will work, but for me, Drama was the easiest way to build confidence in myself and see the silliness and flaws in other people. Once you see that you don't need to be perfect to be confident and sexy, you'll relax a bit. Stress could account for the dark circles and metabolism issues, ya know.

1)use cucumber slices... it will definately help u .
2)do soem excercise.. join gym
3)milk, and all dairy products ..even green vegetables are good for eyes.. carrot is good..
4)before washing ure hait give it a good hair massage/u can even use hair packs..yoghurt/curd+honey+lemon.apply for half an hour and then shampoo...ure hair will be soft and shiny.After washing comb ure hair with wide toothed comb.. avoid use drier ..let it dry naturally.

For the dark circles, I took my daughter to the doctor for her dark circles, she has had them since she was a baby. The doctor said it is allergies in her case. But she can drink lots of water and it helps lighten them.

foods good for your eyes are anything with carrots in them.
and to have a better built, protein, and carbs, but not too much, raise your 2000 a day to about 2500 or less for a while
