Hair may grow slightly faster in the summer, but that has nothing to do with the stylist's scissors and everything to do with hormones, which do speed growth a little.

yes hair does seem to grow faster in the summer months than in the winter months (for most people). Think of a flower or a tree, you water it, the sun shines on it, it grows. Hair is similar in a sense, you use more water on the summer, and spend more time outside in the sun, but hair growth doesn't happen on the outside it occurs inside so these are just added stimulis. My personal opinion, people take longer showers in the summer (shampooing doesn't just clean the hair, the action of it masages the scalp) and brush thier hair more often.

Your grows when you have enough protein. If it grows faster in the summer, I am unsure. However, if you want it to grow faster, get more protein.

yes because our hair are inseraf to heat. due to this our hair are streking and gondre this is why our hair grow long in summer

yes, it grows much faster in warm climates...probably because the hair follicles are more open and active because of our perspiring and activity.
