cellulite cant be removed by creams. maybe temporarily firmed but i dont think anyone sees that dramatic result from creams. cellulite is part genetics. the other part can be probably helped by exercise. cellulite is just fat that is puckering because of weak muscles underneath of it. firm up muscles and that fat will become more smooth.
stretch marks can be faded with creams. a stretch mark can be considered a type of scar so a scar fading cream can help.

Roc cellulite cream really works . I tried it my self . you'll lose an inch just by using it .
It cost 48 $ and you can find it in pharmacies .

try strivectin, it is expensive, but works..you can get it at sephora.

i dunno about cream ... but i used almond oil and it really helped
