i love black makeup on my eyes and i wear lots of it...ok so i wear it over and under my eyelids.....i like the dark punk idk i just like it dark heavy look...i want some new ideas for this look...any ideas???

I dyed my hair black in january and my hair is naturally dark brown/black, and I tried dying it a light brown but only my roots got dyed, what should I do to get all my hair light. Is there any way I can do it at home without damaging my hair? Some one said I was going to have to strip the color, what does that mean??

Is it preferable to wear white or black? I had an argument with someone who said that black would be appropriate because it prevents rays from getting absorbed while white allows the rays to be absorbed. Is this true? I thought vice versa would be correct.

I just can't seem to get fingernail polish to last. It comes off when I'm doing dishes or in the bath. That's using a base coat and top coat too! What brands last longest? Are there better undercoats?
