Losing weight (fat) is the ONLY way to show abs. It was the only way for me and everyone else I know. I only did a couple of sets twice a week (crunches), each rep slowly till I couldn't do anymore and I ended up with a nice set of abs. In fact I was a finalist in the Body-For-Life contest.
I know a lot of guys that can do way more sit ups than I could. But when they are 25% body fat you never see the 6 pack.

No matter what the circumstances, you cannot get abs in 1-2 weeks.
The most important aspect to getting abs is to have an extremely low body fat percentage. ONLYwhen this is accomplished will excercises such as crunches and leg raises begin to sculpt your abs. Try a few months

i havent tried it myself, but i suggested to one of my friends to not even get a way expensive system, but to go back to the old fashioned way- doing 25 situps every day-and she was reluctant but she tried it. it worked! she now has way awesome abs and it worked in 2 1/2 weeks it might work for u, so if ya want, try it!

we all have abs. if you want yours to show, you need to lose the fat on top of them, and you do that by limiting your in-take of calories. in other words, diet.
you can do all the sit-ups in the world, but if there is fat over your abs, they'll never show. and no, sit-ups will not burn fat in the stomach area. fat is stored energy, nothing else. your body will burn off fat from everywhere, even if you only do sit-ups.
diet and exercise is your best bet.

buy the big ball, its amazing for abs, if you want faster results, eat brown rice, no not eat anything white, if you want fast results

i ran my butt off first! just run run run then crunches and leg lifts. concentrate on form, not how many you can do
