My friend just got an engagement ring and I was lookin at it, And on the top it looks like 1 diamond but when you look close you can see that it is 4 little diamonds put together. Is that alot cheaper than 1 diamond in the center?

I will be 29 years old next week and I was thinking of getting a tattoo to celebrate the last year of my twenties. I have never had a tattoo before and I don't know if I should get one now after all of these years of not having one. I don't want anything big or extravagant. I just want something small and dainty. i swim year round and have a pretty bad tan from my swim suit. i'm very happy with my skin tone, but the areas my suit covers up are super white. i have never used andy tanning products before and do not want to go to a tanning bed. are self tanners the right solution? if i use them on my whole body will i still end up having uneven skin tones? please help, im going on vacation soon and would like to look nice in a bikini!

Well I naturally have dark brown hair, but I decided to let my mom put in highlights. But instead of highlights, I ended up a light brown!!! (she colored my whole head).
It looked fine until i started growing back hair and now the top is brown and the other half is light brown.
I want to die it back to the natural shade.
Will it work if the highlights were permanent?
Should I use a shade darker than my natural color?
What dye product do you prefer?

I just completed my junior year and anticipating all of the senior activities, such as prom. I looked at some of the senior dresses this year. I want something prissy, puffy, and princess-ish, and instead I've been seeing A LOT of cabaret style dress with cuts here and cuts there. It's really tacky too me, and NOT acceptable for prom.
