7 months ago, I had a horrific pimple on my nose. I kept picking at it, and now it never went away! its a little smaller, but its still there!! please help me i dont want a permanent pimple on my nose...

My mom had a "pimple" on her nose for more than a year. She went to see the demotologyst and it turned out to be a malignus little tumor (cancer). She had to have it removed. Be careful and better visit the doctor!

I had a pimple once which I also picked at. It stayed for years. It got smaller and darker. I forgot all about it, people thought it was a mole. Then about a few years later, it started getting really dark, one day I woke up and there was blood on it.. I thought it was infected or something... I went to the dermatologist and he took it off. I didnt' even feel it. A pink scab stayed for a few days then it was GONE!

Pimples do not last for months. You've either created a scar from picking at it or it is something else. Go to the doctor.

Are you sure it's a pimple? It could be a wart, mole (which can be cancerous in some cases )or some other type of growth. At this point, it's probably best to see a Dermatologist.

Most likely a cancerous mole or tumor, so I would visit or contact your dermatologist, and schedule plans to remove and treat it. If it was a pimple, then yellow/green liquidy pus would have emptied out, but its probably spilling out nothing, cause its cancer,

Have you seen a dermatologist? It could be a cyst rather than a pimple. Use antibiotic ointment and don't pick at it.

you should of never picked it now it could stay there or you should go to a skin doctor to check out why it's not going away you should of left it alone and it will go down on it's own

dont touch it anymore...and bad news, its gonna be there. a word of advice, when you get another pimple, DONT TOUCH IT! instead put some ice and that will get rid of the redness and will reduce its size. good luck!

Well ill tell you my secert put toothpaste on it for about 2 weeks before bed it will go away

If you don't want it to be permanent don't pick at it!!! Wash your face every day [and night] w/ a NON-SCENTED facial cleanser [like neutrogena or Equate].
