am doing a project for my chemistry class about photography. I have been able to answer everything except these 3 questions. I already know that since digital cameras this has changed, but what about before that?

I found a couple of gif images like glitter hearts and stuff and want to know how i can add that to a picture like place it on top of a picture. I have mgi photosuite , picture it 7.0 and photoshop cs2 please let me know ive been trying to so i open my picture which is a jpeg and then adda glitter gif image but when added its a frozen image of the gif picture so i save the project as a gif image hoping to keep the gif animated but it doesnt stay animated> please help thanks

I noticed that when watching some deleted scenes on movies the quality of the video is not the same, there is a certain look that professional movies have. Is there some process that they put the video through to get it to look that way? And if so what is it? Imagine it has somthing to do with the frame rate and the quality of the cameras but is there any way you can make a home video look more like the professionals?

I just want a simple answer I guess. I've heard about registering and all sorts of other things? Is it possible to not have to register anywhere and still make sure I get my own works copyrighted? This is mostly for my poetry. I want to post it online, but to put a © symbol next to it? Will this do or are there more steps?

I know that Toys "R" Us uses special-needs kids in their print ads all the time and other companies do as well. I found an agency called Beautiful Kids Inc. However, it seems that they are out of business - as their phone number has been disconnected and there is no website for them. Please let me know if there are others out there or if there is updated information for this one.
