I want honest responses only please. I want to apply for some photography courses but I don't know if it's worth it. Link to my photos is as follows:

I realise I still have a lot to learn and a lot of hard work to go, but do you think (from what you can see) it is worth it??

My grandmother has a bunch of photo albums with pictures taken during the 1800's. Since many of the pictures have faded and dried out over the years, I want to get her some new photo albums that will protect and preserve the pictures. What are the best ways to do this?

While I was adding a watermark to this picture, I noticed that the resolution is 200 dpi and not 72 dpi like all the others. I have an hp photosmart 435 3.2 megapixel digital camera. Normally, I would use the automatic settings except for the white balance and ev. On this day I changed the iso to 200 for fast moving objects (the waves crashing on the beach). I also noticed that because of the higher resolution this picture does not pixalate nearly as much and the image seems sharper. When I edited the image I had to increase the contrast by 50% and darken it by 10 or 20% to get the desired result. I don't get it. I went back and took some pictures at iso 200 but still, the same thing, 72 dpi. There is a noticeable difference between the quality of this picture and my other pictures. I don't know how to explain it. I have taken thousands of pictures with this camera and read the users manual more times...

Help! A while ago, due to lack of space on my (then) old computer, I took a drastic measure. I down-sized all of the file sizes of my old photos (300 or so of them) so that they would be smaller to save on my floppy discs. Now that I have upgraded computers, I have uploaded them back on to my computer and I uploaded them into my yahoo! photos album. However, when I go to order prints, it says that NONE of the picture sizes are recommended (as the photos would all be very fuzzy). The average resolution size of my photos is 300x400 pixels. Small! So, is there anyway to fix this? Any way to increase my resolution size of my photos? FYI, I am using a Mac with iPhoto, OS 10.3

Thanks!!!
