Godaddy's dedicated plans start from $89.00/month. You can build your dedicated server, with lots of options for hard disk, RAM, processor, control panel, os, backup, firewall etc.
For something around 100$-150$, you can get a good dedicated server based on your needs. Considering godaddy professionalism and support, that is a real deal!

I really like Yahoo! Photos, for one main reason. It will allow you to upload photos at their native resolution, and people viewing your photos can download them that way. Most other sites that I've tried will automatically resize your photos to a much smaller display size, and the original size is lost.

Plus you're already registered, and it's free.

flickr is good, but its limited.
streamload gives A LOT of storage, 25 gigs
