I noticed that when watching some deleted scenes on movies the quality of the video is not the same, there is a certain look that professional movies have. Is there some process that they put the video through to get it to look that way? And if so what is it? Imagine it has somthing to do with the frame rate and the quality of the cameras but is there any way you can make a home video look more like the professionals?

first of all they use film (not video, and cost about thirty dollars to shoot on) at 24 frames per second, and the reason it looks different is because the film print hasnt bveen colour graded
