I found a couple of gif images like glitter hearts and stuff and want to know how i can add that to a picture like place it on top of a picture. I have mgi photosuite , picture it 7.0 and photoshop cs2 please let me know ive been trying to so i open my picture which is a jpeg and then adda glitter gif image but when added its a frozen image of the gif picture so i save the project as a gif image hoping to keep the gif animated but it doesnt stay animated> please help thanks

A great program to do that is Animation Shop 3... you can download it @ http://www.jasc.com/products/trialreg.asp?pid=003 (60 day trial). Once you've got that program, here's how:
~Open up that specific GIF file.
~Open up the picture you'd like to add it to.
~Duplicate your image by right-clicking the image and clicking "duplicate selected".
~Copy (Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+E) the slides of the GIF you want to add into each of those copied slides.
~Save your new file and load it up. =)

You can't unless you use HTML code for the picture in your blog entry. Otherwise, in other areas, you will have to convert the .gif image into a JPEG and then try uploading it. Paint is on most Windows computers with Microsoft software in the Accessories programs section. - Open Paint, then open the image file from within Paint. - Go to File - Save As. Choose the JPEG option in the File Type drop down beforing Saving.

in the end your photo will be a gif file. gif format is still be void of animation however you can find gif animation program on the internet, that can edit in the animated gif like a clip video. i never had to look for one online so i cant suggest any free download. but good luck
