It’s not a great photograph but you’ll get the idea. I’m thinking about doing a series along this same line. They would be based on camera settings. Please let me know what you think?

I'm redoing my room.
And I want to put paintings instead of posters.
But I'm not a big spender.
Where can I find cool works of art for cheap?

Once I saw an amazingly beautiful painting(oil I think). But I can 't seem to find it on google image search. It is a crying boy_a portrait of a crying boy with dark brown hair and brown eyes,It's standing really straight-towards you I mean-when u're looking at the painting. It is pretty big,but very beautiful, and and the background can be brown or dark blue(there are 2 versions of this painting),and the one with the dark-blue background is smaller.anyway-the boy's wearing something brown.Sorry but that's all I know.If u can help me find out which is this painting and maeby find it (pic) on the internet i would be most grateful!

The first was sold at the Bombay Company last year. It has piano keys painted somewhat abstractly and the main colours are red, white and black. The print name possibly starts with "O" and is a musical term.

The second I saw on a wall at someone's house. They bought the print while in Europe but do not know the name. It is of a woman, back on, perhaps standing up (can't quite remember). She has a white towel or sheet loosely wrapped around her that hangs below the small of her back. Her hair is in a bun and (I think) light brown. I have found similar prints in internet searches but cannot track this particular one down.

Any ideas? Thanks!

I have an original oil painting I purchased through Artistic Interiors in 1982. The certificate number is 174653. It is a still life floral. I am looking for the name of the artist and information about the artist, as well as what I paid for the painting. Where can I find this information? Time is of the essence.

I am needing a new drafting table because my old one finally broke. I got that one from a family member when I was younger, so I dont really know much about them like--which ones are the best and so on. I also need to find one that is not expensive, but I want it to last for a while for me. I would prefer not spending over 100.00 for one so if anyone has any advice I would love to hear it!

I also want to buy a table easel with all the same specifications...just I would rather that one be under 50.00. Thanks - Amy

I've ran out of the old enamels and oil paints and temperas I was using to get these effects, so this is the last of the fluid paint paintings I’ll be wasting good canvas on. But for good measure I painted in, actually manipulated in, a face (almost a self-portrait) in this one. Can you find the portrait? I’m hoping it’s obvious enough when you enlarge the image.

By the way, it’s called ‘Eye Candy,’ in honor of Zoltar, (who is a Yahoo regular and a damn good artist himself) and the description he used to classify this type of creative tomfoolery I've been playing with. So now it's time to go back to the more 'serious' kind of art.

(You'll probably have to enlarge the image to find the portrait.)

Have fun.

for anyone in need. This is a neighborhood outreach. All funding has been provided by her and the family. She recently has become incorporated and was issued an EIN number. She also is operating the outreach from her home. She has converted her ENTIRE home to the ministry. Her home is filled with the most beautiful, abstract and yet spiritually inspired artwork all thru out the premises, even the ceilings. She is not an artist, yet theses paintings were all done by her. They ARE art gallery worthy. My question is: any ideas on how she can use her incorporation/ein status to open her facility as a gallery to draw more income for the outreach? She's thinking of having it open to the public for walk thru's, but how to get started? How to advertise? How to solicit support? How many channels will she need to go through?
