Ok, this might sound kind of Odd but Blue and Black are Very close to each other, And Yellow and Blue (Any Blue; Light blue, Baby blue and even Black) Makes Green.

So, The not so good looking color that you get when mixing Yellow and black can be considered Green!!!

no, yellow + black = it is black but if u take yellow in more quantity and black in a very very less quantity than it will be greyish dark green ....it will be a dirty green. the game of colours depend on the quantity of colours u take. if u take black more and yellow less than there near about no effect. u should remember that black and white are the colors which are used for giving shade. u should use dark blue instead of black.....

Depends on the paint you use but yes it often does. This is because many black paints contain a 'bit' of blue to make it optically look even more dark.
