I am in basic photo class and we use those old black and white cameras...and i have no clue how to take good picture..because whenever i develope my pictures...there is always something wrong with the picture....i need help with the F-STOP and SHUTTER SPPED..plz i need help from people who actually know what i am talking about

Mine would be the BPL (Boring Picture Lockout), which prevents the camera from functioning unless it's pointed at something interesting.

i have a 7.1megapixel camera, but everytime i look at the pictures i take them seem blurry/blotchy/etc...
i set my camera on high quality pictures too...
anyone have any idea what's wrong?

Ever heard of the "Summer Management Program"?
I have been approached to be a manager and run a group of student painters. The downside is that there are a lot of costs, responsibilities, and student painters are... well, students. Should I invest 6 months and over a thousand bucks to potentially get some good management experience?

It's time to replace the head on my primary tripod, does anyone have field experience with a grip action type head like the one in the link. I can see some advantages to it but how does it hold up in day to day use?

Okay so this might be difficult to get an answer because I can't show the picture but I'm going to try anyways.
My friends and I were sent this painting in an email and I'm really trying to figure out what it is or who did it.
The painting has about one hundred historical figures in it all doing random things. In the background are the pyramids, stonehenge, and a spanish galleon.

I don't want any money up front. I do the pictures and in 10 days the pictures will be delivered. Then the wedding couple pays. If they don't pay they don't get the pictures. After all one looks at a new car and then buys it. One would never pay 25,000 dollars for a car unseen and then pick it up 10 days later. So!! I do the wedding......in 10 days if you like the pictures you pay and the pictures are yours.

I have an original lithograph/seriograph by the architect Andre Olsufiev, it is signed and numbered and was acquired at auction in the 1980's. Does anyone know anything about this architect that was born in Bucarest in the 1930's. I am unable find this painting on line the only thing I can find is some pictures of a library and such in a place where you buy posters of prints. This painting is of a canal, lined with speed and sail boats and has office buildings in the background. A true testament to architecture. Any help on this would be appreciated. I have already contacted an art gallery in California that I deal with and they had know clue. Any help would be appreciated

I love photography, but sometimes I get frustrated with my camera, because they beauty of nature I see with my own eyes is just not what the camera sees.

Is there a camera out there that can show me through the lens the same vibrance, colors, and realness that I actually see?

ok so here's my deal, I am applying to college soon, and I am a very creative person, what types are fields require alot of creativity. For instance, I would really like to be one of those people that comes up with ideas for commercials, not the one that draws them out, but the one that comes up the basic concept of what the commercial is going to be like/about. Or perhaps, design different things, like the images on front of kid's folders, or poster designs, any of that sort of stuff. Look at the websites provided to get an idea as to what I want to do. If you have any advice on the types of fields/ schools I could go into, it would be very much appreciated. :)

I'm sure there are many other people that watch home shows on cable t.v. Once there was a African American female newscaster featured on a 'How to organize' parts of your home. In one of her rooms there was a huge painting of a black ballerina that was in a tutu kneeling down. The painting was life like, it was stunning! I have tried to look high and low for this! Does anyone know where I could find this painting or another painting of a black ballerina? (Just 1 adult ballerina in the painting!)

Does anyone know what kind of pens and pencils fashion designers use when they sketch their ideas? Whenever I see fashion sketches, they always look so cool, and they sorta look like watercolor. What do they use? Can anyone give me the names of the brands?
