What do you think of "Student Works" painting?

Ever heard of the "Summer Management Program"?
I have been approached to be a manager and run a group of student painters. The downside is that there are a lot of costs, responsibilities, and student painters are... well, students. Should I invest 6 months and over a thousand bucks to potentially get some good management experience?

You sound so 'adverse' to the idea I would not want to have you in that group as a student or 'manager'. If you don't think it is worth it you made a self fulfilling prophecy.

Like it first before getting to the downside or go do something that you are sure of you will like.
