Visual Arts - August 2006

I did a painting for Grade 12 art a year or two ago, and it is of about six or so brightly coloured people. I used acrylic paint (chromatid barnd) and impasto gel medium. I gave it to a chruch who hung it on their wall, and when I visited recently I noticed that one of my friends I painted blue has 'vanished' from the painting. The paint is still there, but it is clear. It is like the blue pigment has literally been sucked out of the painting. (Eerily enough she is the only one of them not a Christian anymore...) I want to paint it back -it was a fantastic painting - but what can I do to ensure it doesn not happen again?

ive done a few photo shoots for some local bands and made about 20 dollars a shoot but i get the feeling like im being ripped off. am i right. i use a nikon n75 for film and a nikon p3 8mp for digital pictures. any ideas. i usually shoot around 50 pictures.

got any info on street art / sticker art. like artist and designs. because i read a book about it and it catches my interest. but i have no interest in vandalism though. i just want to see art web sites and sites dedicated to it. like guerrilla art. I tried working at an onion ring factory and I hated it.The reason why i hated it was becuse there are no air conditioners in onion ring factorys and when the rings are coming by you.. and you hot and sweaty and the SWEAT runs off your arms your nose your head and all your other parts that are sweating.. Are going on to the onion ring! YUCK! so just think next time you eat an onion ring keep in mind that you are eating someones sweat that you don't know! YUCK!!!lol.. tell me if you agree with this.. Do you think it's nasty or do you think it's fine to eat SWEAT.. explain your answer please.. and i don't work at the factory anymore because of that reason... So please tell me your expression of this!!! thanks..
