how do you get your pics all cool n funky n stuff lyk tht? lyk put hearts and saying and stuff lyk tht on them. lyk the way u can make a dp look but i dont kno how 2 make those either but thts not wat im akin bout anyways plz i need help

most people use photoshop or a similar program like gimp try it out it's free

There is a new one out that's free, if you have a computer you have at least a basic editor to make 'pics all cool n funky n stuff lyk tht'.

u can use paint thats wut I use and u dont have 2 download anything! =D
1.Go to Piant on ur computer!
2. Paste Form under Edit
3. Get the picture u want
4. Now u can draw on it, edit it, and add text!
Note: Paint can come in handy with dps u can use the tools Paint gives you if u need any help using paint or finding it on ur computer contact me!

picasa is a Google's photo software. It's what should've come with your camera.
it can upload/download your camera to your PC.
It can Edit , organise and Share you picture and small video clips.
you can make your ablum with picasa very easy.
It's very easy to use and is free, just like Google
