i need a photo editing software to blow up some of my pics...they r really smalll n i want to make them bigger.

i also need a software to convert my pictures into infrared - IR...softwares for black n white pictures.

please help

I need an all purpose marker or pen that I can use to sign my paintings - oil and water and that will even write on mylar. Ideally this pen would write smoothly - even on rough surfaces and lastly the pen/marker would need to be acid-free. I need the brand name and if possible where it can be purchased. Does such a pen exist?

I take photos of buildings, statues etc in London. Some of them take a great deal of effort to do, like all of Charing Cross station nothern line took weeks to build up the complete image. Who do I try to sell photos too? What is the position of copyright for a statue or artwork? I don't mind doing work for a client with no obligation to buy if they don't want to.
