Does any one know of places where I can workshop my play that is hopfuly free or low cost and that is in the NYC area?

I am trying to find out if there are any auditions for movies or something coming up in New Orleans and looking for tips to improve my acting skills and how to persue my dream!!!. I am an aspiring actress and i am great at being an actress!!! Do you know what I should do. One more thing is how do I contact Universities to see if there are any upcoming things there. And what do you do in productions at a University. Do they accept High School students.......

If you can, can you please tell me if you know of any auditions or any good websites that i can go on to find auditions down her!!!!

umm ok Im 13 years old and live in a small community near london ontario.Im extremely into acting and ive done probably everything i can do to get in. I have joined acting classes near me. i have been in plays at my local theatre and i have gone to toronto for interveiws with agents.People say im extremely talented. I am willing to do almost anything to get into acting and not just to gget famous but because i LOVE acting sooooooo much. Its soo fun and its what i want to spend my life doing. Please give me advice/tips or anything to help me out! thanks!

Most of what I play are Richard Clayderman ballads. I've memorized about 30 of them. I have had Rachmaninoff scores for years, but his music seems way out of my league. What would you recommend for someone who wishes to step up in difficulty from Clayderman to Rachmaninoff?

every one on hear are either obsessed with musicls like "greese" and singing traa la la like every body before them and those after them.
and the outher side are arty farty dancers, all thinking therele be backing dancers, not realiseing the reality of 1 injury and thats and you've ****** it.
what happened to acting, drama?
it wouldnt be to bad but we are surrounded with the latest reality "x-factor" or reality danceing. how about the fact that millions all over will be glued to the telly watching some compleate stranger for months on end just sitting down and being bord

Is there any auditions open right now?

I'm looking to try and find auditions for Disney Channel but so far I haven't seen any or heard any. I don't know how to audition for disney channel in general.
