I have wanted to take one for awhile, just for fun and for my personal development, not because I want to be a serious actor. any recommendations?

also, what do you do in acting class? I am hoping to get a little practice in beforehand so that I am not horribly embarrassed when I go. what are some ways to prepare, what are some things I can do on my own? what can I expect to happen in class?

I am 14 and am a very good singer, actress, dancer, and artist. My goal in life is to star as either Elphaba or Galinda(Glinda) in the Broadway musical WICKED. i know all the songs, and can sing them perfectly. I live in VA, so there isnt much of a chance here. How can i get started (i dont plan to be in WICKED until i am much older, but i want to know how i can get maybe talent scouted?) I would really like to do this. im a 18 m, im about to be goin to colleage i wanted to be a plastic sergeon but my real dream would be a actor i wanna be up there with paul walker, leanardo decaprio, and all those..i wanna get the big stuff. i have played so many parts and faked so many accents flawlessly, austrailain, london, british, russain, southern, northern, even up there in new york, i have played numerous jokes, were i have pretended to be someone im not and they were none the wiser. i love the camera, i love to act, i love to play roles, i just ain't ever messed with school plays. someone asked me if i have ever tryied to start modeling, i been working my *** off to get the perfect body, and i been tryin so hard to get my skin clear and flawless. does any one know where i can send pics or something so i can get some place to even call or email me or something, or do u know somewhere i can try to get ahold of. any advice u can give me. i need some advice....

I have a passion for acting, but I don't have many opportunities in little Crawford County, OH. I only perform in my school play, but it is more of a musical and I would rather straight-up act. I would like to find a local or relatively close agency or school to look into. Any info or contacts would be great! Thanks!

I was suprised to find our small city has one. It is in Springfield MO. and I found it quite by accident. The sign written "Islamic Center of Spring Field MO". Below, it was written in aribic.

So I'm finishing a degree in pharmacy but I'm thinking of moving to LA to try acting after I finish school. I'd like to take some chances in life because I'll only be 27 and I won't have a family. I'd work as a pharmacist at 1/2 or 2/3 full-time and then do acting and classes with the rest of my time. What time of day do actors work? I could try it for a few years and if the acting doesn't work I'll move on. If anything, it seems like it would be fun and interesting. What do you pharmacists or actors out there think? Is it a good idea?

I try to down play the lines, but that doesn't come across right. When I say them as I'm acting, I feel silly - like I'm speaking in a fake French accent. Anyone identify with what I'm talking about ?
