i wont wait forever
your not worth my tears
why dont you say it to my face
i just go by what i hear

you know i want to be yours
but i cant just sit and wait around
i know i have to move on
when romeo is no where to be found

i guess you never really loved me in the first place
i have to get over you
your not the only boy in this world
but i just dont know what to do

Is there anything worse than the cries of a child's torture?
Is there anything worse than a child's cries?
Every night you can hear them if you open your ears
Devices dreamed up to bring suffering to lives both great and small
succeed in countries both rich and poor
They are not all happy
They die not only in war
But even over there they cry
From the instruments of torture
In the States electroshock sends sparks from the hands of paedophiles
Don't you hear the cries of torture?
They are small and so young
They have teddy bear shaped pillows
and yet they cry
They're cries of torture.
If you open your ears to listen, you can hear them
They're heart-rending
If you open your eyes, you can see them,
their pain-wracked faces.
A thousand eyes,
but who sees them?
They're far away,
but they cry
and powerful hands silence them.
Is there anything worse than the cries of a child's torture?

Stand
Written By Semper Fi Reborn

She stared at the doctor,
In disbelief.
Seems shock had arrived
Before the grief.
What was the name,
Of this life thief?
All she could do was stand!

He came in smooth,
Like a romancer.
Had her tango for her life,
This wicked dancer.
His first name was Breast,
Last name Cancer.
She knew she had to stand.

She wouldn't give up,
Go on the lam.
She would beat this thing,
With a body slam.
So she went,
And got a new mammogram.
You should've seen her stand!

What a woman!
What a survivor!

I watch nonchalantly as he slowly falls apart
slowly descending
apprehending
the pieces drifting from his heart

I shout “Don’t look backwards my son!” to see
your mommy’s
self debris
Be strong my little one, stronger than me

We see the object meant for love
give or take
pushing tough but,
what happens when a heart breaks?

Feed

ZaP! The lightening goes
BaZoOm!
Bright lights seep in
darkened rooms
An eerie mass
of webs subside
where all species
of spiders collide

Soft haunting moans
fill up the air
as haggling laughter
of witches declare
“A fearful evening
has come about,
all may come in
but, none will go out”

Fouls smelling aromas
encircle through halls
as vultures bare down cawing
deaths caw caws
Flesh now sweats dew drops,
the purest of fear
I slide up behind asking
“why are you here?”

The sweet scent of vermouth
smelt on your skin
just below the ear
right top of a vein
your answer falls short,
to short indeed
as you fall victim
to my driving feed...

It's something I wrote in the middle of the night (between midnight and 1 am) because I couldn't get to sleep. I dunno how I came up with the topic, but it's an interesting take on things, I think. Let me know what you think.
------
If death could only speak aloud
in his voice what tone?
A wail, a scream of agony
Or an unearthly moan?

Thoughts of death, more oft than not
is just a thing of nightmares
with stealth and a cruel whisper
to catch you unawares

Or perhaps his horrid voice
is cold and hard and strong
to keep you awake and dreading death
at his taunts all night long

Or it may be that Death's cruel voice
like fire, full of hate
taking life and draining hope
all good, obliterate

Yet has it not occurred to you
Death is not, in fact, a pest
His voice instead a calming murmur
"Quiet now, you need your rest..."

I wrote this poem for a little girl who went missing 4 months ago, her name was Maddie..

We tucked you into bed, we kissed you goodnight. We only wished the best for you tonight.
We closed the door and turned off the lights. We went to bed and fell asleep that night. We woke up in the morning, only to find your bed empty. We looked everywhere but you just weren't there. We called the police they said they would try. But nothing ever happened, now all we can do is cry. We hope all is well and we pray everyday that you come home. We don't know if that will happen but we will always hope. We love you dearly we want you to know, and I hope you are fine, just a little girl on her own..

I Have no relationship with McCann family whatsoever I just thought how hard it would be to lose your little girl like that. please visit this website http://www.bebo.com/Profile.jsp?MID=367137231&MemberId=4076432281 Thank you...

here is a poem i wrote a little while ago:

all the happy days are gone
now my life feels so torn
without you i have no pain
i'm without sunshine, i'm without rain
so when the time comes i will not pretend
for soon enough my heart will mend

I wrote this just 45 minutes before reenlisting and sending myself on the last 16 years of a 20-year military career.

ONE GOOD THOUGHT

The tangle of

beautiful lines

jump inside,

eager to explode,

and they defeat

their purpose.

Through the haze

comes logic; no matter

what is said,

should I make just

one communication of

power and

feeling from

inside me,

for one moment in time,

you will remember me.

So bottombs up
My wayward friend
Light the fire
Put out the water
Down we go
But up we rise
Higher than the clouds
In the bright blue sky
Or the silver jets
Where all dreams fly
And angels frett
Of earning their wings
But pay no attention
In trying to bring
Others up, so far above
So down we plunge
In this endless fit of love
Love of addiction,
Or addiction of love
Bring me up darling, on the back of a dove
Won’t someone please save me
From this deathly affliction

I was leaning, touching the open window frame,
Staring at the raindrop, not the rain.
Nature looked beautiful then, but I did not care,
I stood tranquil, the drop had light reflecting on it
It was glistening, and I fell in love;
My heart spoke, “Put it in a locket, preserve it”.

It was a moment, but seemed a lifetime
I wanted to cherish, but knew, did not have the time.
The drop of water was about to fall,
And I knew I will seize it, soon, very soon.

It fell swiftly, and my soul waited patiently,
Then a ray dazzled me and I stood there, mesmerized
I missed the drop indeed
But was impressed with my exquisite bad luck.

heart ice

Frozen and dry,
Tears spot my face,

The well where my tears were kept,
Has long since been swept,

No more emotion,
Threatens to plug up my heart,

For it has stopped beating,
Right from the start ,

Get the heat lamp,
And panic as you please,

But my frozen waterfall,
Has already flowed right into me,

Its freezing,
Making a nice grave,
That surely suits me,

Im hidden here,
Away from the breeze,

Where the warm notes never flow,
Never to unfreeze me,

I like it this way,
I do as i please,

Layers and layers,
Of every emotion,

Stands still on top,
Of my nicley frozen heart rock,

From now on,
My tempature will drop,

Not even a rock could dent this sheild,
as it is made from the saddness i no longer wield .

Icy Gazpacho
Written By Semper Fi Reborn

I would often enjoy,
Traveling the backroads of my inner thoughts.
Stopping along the way,
To share a laugh with passersby.
Who ever thought that it would happen?
So suddenly even,
So out of nowhere.

I would start the car,
Just ride for days on imagination.
Until I reached the pump,
And filled up on pleasant memories.
Until the day it happened.

There I was driving,
Along the river banks of my sanity.
When it happened!
I hit an Icy Gazpacho!!!

I couldn't stop laughing.
Even after they put me in this room,
With nice soft walls.

A Beautiful Mind
Written by Semper Fi Reborn

If I could have anything I wanted,
I would strive to find,
They combination of the safe,
That holds a beautiful mind.
A mind that reads books,
And feeds on complexed math.
Conducts brilliant conversations,
On righteous paths.
A mind of strength,
That endures the long.
One that mends the weak,
And keeps them strong.
One that calculates,
The greatest measures of time.
For no cage holds grasp,
On a beautiful mind!

walls of sanity

Why would you twist my words that way,
So that answers become bad questions.
I cannot explain images of bleak torture,
I'm on the edge of my own suicide.

I can't reveal my horrible fear,
I can't even reveal my pain.
Breaking the rules of this morbid game,
It becomes artificial relief.

I dugged myself with alcohol,
Cut myself with a razor blade.
The burning pain inside me is real,
Please help me to face the truth.

I feel my life going down the drain,
The end of my life drawing near.
No purpose, no goal, no destiny,
A solution just cannot be found.

Climbing the walls of sanity,
I can't take it too much longer.
Why are you pointing and judging me,
How can I end all his misery.

dear jesus,
all this things you throw at me,
are not things i desire,

all i want to do is cry,
but it seems the well where my tears were once held hostage is now dry,
so i hold on to this never ending cliff,
and wait as the days pass,
for someone to help me up,
wonding if my grip should loosen on that hold,
what would happen if i prayed to you oh lord?
after all these years,
would you still help me up?
