If I could have anything I wanted,
I would strive to find,
They combination of the safe,
That holds a beautiful mind.
A mind that reads books,
And feeds on complexed math.
Conducts brilliant conversations,
On righteous paths.
A mind of strength,
That endures the long.
One that mends the weak,
And keeps them strong.
One that calculates,
The greatest measures of time.
For no cage holds grasp,
On a beautiful mind!

When you say that a beautiful mind is locked in a safe, it's like you don't think you can ever obtain it. I have a lot of the same frustrations - not being able to grasp something even though it's right in front of me. I relate, man. Keep up the good work.

that is an awesome poem, it should be published, don't listen to anyone that has anything negative to say, you definitely have talent, keep it up, and put them all into a book, because thats where they belong, for the world to read.

It is simply beautiful. Maybe you should ask her...send her the poem. She just made me one her contacts and from the questions she has answered and the questions that she has asked....this poem sure does sound like her, from my point of view. She certainly represents the userid she has picked for herself and this poem sums it up pretty well.

More description and elaberation needed. It is too sketchy at present. For instance, instead of "reads books", say "one that has explored the Greeks"; or "Foust"; or "drunk of Shakespeare" . Good theme
