You have to assume the Truth is desireable, something we can befriend, otherwise the meaning of the project is rather pointless if the truth is just as likely to be a blood orgy as anything qualitatively good.

Instead of the obvious empirical fact that the homeless don't have reliable shelter (whatever this means), isn't the condition better characterized as a person who has no world, who is never at-home no matter the language or language-game.

This characterization would help the cases where we do not feel the same degree of pity for a homeless person who nonetheless has a world, has an assortment of friends, activities, &c.

Is it an actual job, how much is the pay, who the hell do they work for and above all what is their purpose. It's always been something of a mystery to me.

in other words ..philosophy is artistic mor than being scientific....there are no facts in it...everyone can create his own philosophy...it depends on how you feel things around you not how you understand them...it talks to human hearts not to their minds..bottom line is "philosophy has nothing to do with wisdom"

ok, i haven't been able to forget someone i was in a relationship with 3 years ago.

(just one of my many assumptions that the money you make matters a lot if not most: imagine having the opportunity to be rich and start your life elsewhere, far away, totally anew. beautiful but unreal.)

The end.

The end is coming, but what
can we do? The creator is about
to arrive it's really coming true.

The end is coming, life as we know
it will be gone, there will be a new
generation we will have to move on.

The end is coming, it's time to let go
the rope is getting shorter it's starting
to show.

The end is coming, we will have no
time to run, we have to move fast;
it will take us out like a gun.

The end is coming, it's finally here,
lets just stand and face it,
have no fear.
KImone march.

I feel like my positive traits don't serve a purpose.
It seems like people who are negative, objective, and practical, have a place.

If we start believing in what medical science has to say, we are in a big trap. It constantly keeps saying that we are evolving and we need to evolve. If we start absolutely believing that then we are going to end up constantly competing against each other opening up all bad faculties of humanity like getting egocentric, hatred, jealousy and all other evil. We cannot help much there. Our core belief is to become materially successful. If we don't compete others would take it over and you would look like a loser to yourself. Which nobody wants to be. This is all because we believe that we are physical bodies.
If we started believing that we are not physical bodies but are souls like what all religions suggest, then our motives and actions will be working towards that. Then there is no fight against each. This is because the same soul that is in you is also in others. What you fight against? Your own self.
Can someone give a solution to destroy all the evil without religion?

Wars, crimes, racism, poverty, materialism etc...you name it and we got it. Are the 'natural' disasters and diseases that happened such as tsunami, hurricanes, bird flu etc indications that our world is indeed hopeless? I always wonder.

Without technology people would walk and use camels or horse to travel.(Besicaly there would be not much of fat people =). There would be no guns. (We would have used guns or martial so humans could have been strong phsicaly without the guns).
Without the technology the world wouldnt be much boring, because everyone would have to work hard on traveling part finding stuff etc. I dont know you think technology makes the world better, or will it actully be the most deadliest thing for people, more horroble wars with the techonolgy.?
