A cat. Cats are perfect creatures (purrrrrrrrrrfect tee hee I love the sound of purring the most soothing sound in the world. It makes me feel safe when my cat purrs). No wonder Egyptians revered cats as gods! They are the most beautiful, graceful, balanced, extraordinary animals. They always land on their feet. Their eyes are breathtaking. They have such a serene peaceful life. They are the embodiment of zen. They understand the importance of rest & relaxation. They will sleep in a strip of sunlight purring. They will stretch as though they are doing yoga. Every movement effortless and exquisite. They have their energy at night (like me). Watching a cat move is like seeing a piece of classical music come to life. They are living art. I'm an artist & musician & have always lived with & loved cats.
Cats are the soul of any home. They are divine.
No I wouldn't want to be a human again! I'm not sure I believe in reincarnation but if I had to come back I hope it's as a black cat. Sleek, mysterious, perfect. The best compliment I ever got was when a guy in my creative writing class in university said that I was "too felinely graceful to be human." I thought that was awesome! (Of course I was a little more willowy & ballerina-esque back then...)

My initial reaction was a cat, preferably a big cat like a lynx or a puma.
but then you wanted original and I figured cat would come quickly to many
sooooooooo - I think a male silverback gorilla. I recently saw a national geographic special on these amazing regal animals. I really like the "human-like" presentation, the power, the slow motion when able and the speed when needed. The male is just an incredible animal. He would make a great world leader I believe. (SMILE)
Thanx for the question made me think

I know this is not original, so I will not win, but I've to be honest, I guess....Cat. For sure, if I am already not one. I'm lazy, love the night, very very curious and completely hysterical with noises. And love to be caress and make noises, and I look for cosiness whenever I have the chance to... Maybe I was a cat in other life and I reborn as a human!

it might not be original but, i would like to be a bird of prey maybe an eagle or a falcon , like all animals my life would revolve around the fight to survive but at least i could feel absoulute freedom soaring through the air. but i don't know what the life span is of a bird of prey.
When you think on it no animal is without it's bad points
i would always prefer to be a human.

A wild boar, one of the most intelligent animals there is, but also big enough and strong enough to dominate areas where they live. Plus that way I might get to see if Mills was right when he said "better Socrates dissatisfied, than a pig satisfied".

Red-Tailed Hawk. Such an handsome bird- an elegant, intelligent specimen. I believe a hawk is something like my anthropomorphic counterpart. Silently gliding- riding the drafts, moving- diving- absolute POWER, strength- perfect balance. I find it a creature unparalleled by any other.

i'll be a bird
because they are free and cooperates with the other birds...for example, when they are flying they form like a group.....i see their unity...
or maybe a dog
because dogs are protective to their owner and a man's best friend.
