your physical reality in the third dimention? and did you doubt if maybe you were the only one who exists and all your loved ones and everything and everyone you know is somehow a product of an artificial reality that is known as our universe???

if so what conclusions did you come to and why?

Lately I have been hearing a lot of child abduction and molestation cases on TV. Many of these suspects have committed these offenses more than once. To me the solution is a life senctence for anyone charged with this criminal activity for their 1st offense.
I truly believe you should not get a second chance on something you should know not to do already. I think this is the closest you get from preventing these criminals from doing it again.

However, I suspect our society does not want to engage in such harsh penalities. My question is why? What is it about our human heart that tolerates evil? Why are our hearts so weak that we cannot accept strict punishment on those who truly deserve it?

If any of you had your child kidnapped or molested how strong would you feel about the life sentence?

If you disagree with me on the above...please justify your disagreement. I am curious to understand why you think the way you do. This is more about you understanding yourself.

I know he is out there, I just don't know where and this is the strangest feeling in my life, oh so lonely. Tell him that I love him will you tell him for me? Does anybody think that I know what love is? Do you? Want to tell me what you think it is? Want to tell me what would make him come back to me? Want to tell me what I could do to be the perfect woman? If he doesn't come back to me, is there anyone else that will find me now, and when? Does anyone else ever wonder about things like this?

I don't want to elaborate on the question or relate my dilemma, so yes or no only, please. Your Knowing Self will answer correctly.

I need to parapharase this passage from a book about esixtential philosophy. The title of the book is "Irrational Man" by William Barrett. The passage is: "THe work of all these writers pointed to something that was happening to Western man that could not be arrested; something of such power and momentum that it had eventually to erupt into philosophy itself. This eruption took place in the existential philosophers, to whom we now come. The malaise of poets over the last hundred and fifty years, far from being the itch of merely personal neurosis discloses rather the human climate in which philosophers, too, whether they knew it or not, drew their breath."

first hear this,

in the case of homosexuallity, any gay will tell you that it wasnt by choice. in fact, if you belive in god, why wouldnt you belive that hes directly responsible for every action of every person?

if your answer is free-will, then one final question.

are you implying that at the moment god created the world, he didnt know the future? he didnt know what each persons actions would be? if he didnt that means hes >>not<< all powerfull, he lacked the knowlage of the future, but if he did know the future, then how could that possably constitute as "free-will", or "choice".

another thing to consider is that he created every person n his "own image".
