What do you think? Humanity wants and needs world peace. Wars do not seem to be the solution to problems. Isn't a world government a necessary step towards that goal? I am drawing an anology form the US civil war where individual states had to give up their sovereignty to the authority of a federal government.

By this I mean, do you develop a kind of 'culture' in your mind which is entirely unique to you? Comprising of your reactions to stimuli (all senses) your inner feelings towards things, your own thoughts and opinions, and your own personal preferences.

Hello! In Russian we have a word "Evristika" and I need to know how it will be in English! Maybe Evristics or Euristics, or Ewristics or something comepletely different!
"Evristika"-(from Greek - find) is the science that studies the creative activity, methods used while inventing something new and while learning.
Another:
"Evristika" -
1) the totality of methods of findings the solvings of problems
2) the way of studying that has it's roots is Socrat's Mayevtics.
If somebody has understood what word I was talking about please tell me!

Well, everybody has a different stance on this. I believe that money does buy SOME happiness, although it does not get you complete happiness. Which in that case, some people, being more rich, are born happier than others. But just how much happiness does money give?

Do you think that, for example, the book of Genisis, as it places humans above all else, allows for the attitude that the earth and its resources are a commodity? Or do you feel it puts us under the responsiblity of a shepard (who therefore must take care of the earth and its resources)? Your thoughts?
